Job Description:

Perform physical tasks such as shoveling, lifting, handling materials, and other duties assigned by crew leader. Work effectively within a team environment and assist other team members as needed. Work outdoors year-round in varying weather conditions. Operate hand and power tools of all types safely and efficiently. Maintain a focus on safety and adhere to all company safety protocols.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift and carry over 50 pounds. Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Minimum Qualifications:

Previous work experience in a similar role. Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license. Ability to pass a drug test. Strong commitment to workplace safety.
