- General Laborer / Driver Helper Abilene, TX 79601 $15.00/hour

Weekly Pay Immediate Start Available Schedule:

Monday-Friday Start Time:

5:00 AM until route completion Overtime and weekends may be required based on business needs. Taylor Smith Consulting is actively hiring dependable and hardworking individuals for a growing sanitation company in Abilene, TX. Job Duties:

Assist drivers with residential and commercial trash collection Load/unload trash bins and materials along designated routes Lift and move materials weighing 50-75+ lbs. repeatedly Ride safely on collection trucks between stops Work outdoors in varying weather conditions Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements Assist with navigation, hazard awareness, and maintaining clean work areas

Qualifications:

Must be 18 years or older High school diploma or GED preferred Background-friendly (no violent felonies) Previous labor or outdoor work experience is a plus Dependable with strong attendance and teamwork skills
