Brownsville, TX Job Details 15 hours ago Qualifications Cutting torches Oxy-fuel welding Full Job Description Job Duties Including, but not limited to: Experience Cutting with a 6 feet Torch is required . You will only be cutting metal material with a 6 feet Torch. Setting up the cutting area for Hot Work Policy, Emergency Action Plan, and efficient cutting production Setup Oxy-fuel station position, regulator adjustments, hose safety and torch condition Change out compressed gas cylinders when required Wear the required PPE Maintenance and housekeeping of the entire torch cutting area Inspect the safety of the equipment Use common cutting techniques that conserve torch parts and maximize production Clean up work area at the end of shift Keep work areas neat and orderly Regular attendance and punctuality are essential job functions Organizing materials to have more effective use of space Dispose of various waste materials in the appropriate manner Inspection to ensure cleanup is completed Effective housekeeping in workplace area is an ongoing operation for safety and better hygienic conditions for all team members Job Expectations Comply with all applicable federal, state, local, & SA Recycling safety, health, & environmental rules, regulations, policies, & procedures.
