Job Description
Responsibilities Perform general labor duties as assigned by supervisors. Load, unload, and move materials, equipment, and supplies. Operate basic hand and power tools safely. Clean and maintain work areas, tools, and equipment. Assist skilled workers with projects and daily tasks. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Complete tasks efficiently while meeting quality standards. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous general labor experience is a plus but not required. Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods. Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed. Work Environment Indoor and outdoor work in varying weather conditions. May involve exposure to dust, noise, machinery, and heavy equipment. Personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required depending on the job site.
