Position Title:
Entry Manufacturing Laborer•
Grand Prairie Box Pay Rate :
$24.29/hr. plus shift differential
Sign-on Bonus:
$500 after 30 days, $500 after 6 months
Category/Shift :
Hourly Full-Time Monday
  • Saturday, must be able to work any shift 7am
  • 3pm (training period only) 3pm
  • 11pm 11pm
  • 7am

IP The Job You Will Perform:
Following all trained and published safety policies and procedures Counting and stacking finished product Reading factory orders Accurately reading gauges and other test equipment Utilizing basic shop math and have the ability to reading a tape measure Inspecting product Accurately completing quality checks to ensure specific directions are followed The ability to practice and maintain great housekeeping This person will also be assigned to weekly clean-up functions including but not limited to blowing down the machine, wiping off shafts, cleaning ink systems, vacuuming and sweeping the machine area, as well as picking up and shredding scrap. Assist with securing all required tooling and materials to manufacture production orders Other duties as required
The Skills You Will Bring:
Good attendance and punctuality 2 years manufacturing experience preferred Must be 18 years of age or older Consent to a background check and pre-employment physical / drug screen Verifiable, stable work history Flexible to work overtime as needed Must have a positive attitude with a willingness to learn new things, receive and follow instructions
