In this role, you will be able to work independently with minimal supervision and be ready to get the next job done with motivation. You will help maintain a well-organized yard environment at multiple locations located in the Midland area, support field crew by occasionally delivering parts and equipment to job sites that may be located as far as Hobbs, NM using a company vehicle . Comfortable and knowledgeable with power tools, air compressors, pulling and hooking up trailers, riding lawn mowers, weed-eaters, fork-lift (not required but helpful) and other things of that nature. Responsibilities will range from daily cleaning, stacking cases of water, weed-eating, driving (using company vehicle), organizing and maintaining multiple yards and tool areas, and various other tasks that will require manual labor and heavy lifting. This role will primarily be working outside. This role may require overtime and some Saturdays/Sundays. This is an opportunity to learn while helping support the field crews ensure they have everything they need to complete their job right the first time. Requirements Valid Drivers License with clean driving record Able to pass a drug test Working phone for company messaging thread and app to clock in and out Steel Toe boots Bilingual Ability to work independently and with little to no supervision after clear instructions and expectations have been given
Pay:
$17.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 50.0 per week
