Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Non-CDL Driver / Helper to join our white glove furniture delivery team. We currently specialize in high-end furniture deliveries for Nebraska Furniture Mart and Rooms To Go. This position involves handling, loading, protecting, and delivering furniture with professionalism and care while providing excellent customer service. Candidates must be reliable, able to work early mornings, and comfortable lifting and moving heavy furniture throughout the day.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Arrive each morning by 5:45 AM ready to begin the workday Inspect furniture before loading to check for damages or missing pieces Properly wrap and protect furniture to prevent damage during transport Load and unload furniture safely and efficiently Assist with organizing and securing the load inside the truck Start and complete assigned delivery routes on time Deliver furniture into customers' homes using white glove service standards Set up or place furniture in the customer's desired location when needed Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times Provide friendly and respectful customer service Follow all safety procedures while lifting, loading, and delivering furniture Work as a team with the driver/helper to complete deliveries efficiently

Requirements:

Must be able to lift and carry heavy furniture (75+ lbs with assistance) Must be dependable and punctual Valid driver's license preferred for drivers Previous moving, delivery, or furniture experience is a plus, but not required Must be comfortable working in homes and providing excellent customer service Ability to work early mornings and long shifts as needed Must pass a background check Must pass a drug screening
