This is an entry-level position with on-the-job training provided. Candidates should be comfortable working outdoors and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general labor tasks in the yard, including organizing materials, cleaning, and basic maintenance Load and unload equipment, tools, and materials Assist team members with daily operations and project needs Travel to off-site job locations when required Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, safe work environment Spanish-speaking applicants are welcome to apply.

Work Environment:

Primarily outdoors in a yard setting, with occasional travel to job sites. Work may involve lifting, carrying, and operating basic tools or equipment.
