Your energy and willingness to learn will contribute significantly to completing projects efficiently and safely. This position offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the recycling industry while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Duties Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and material handling to keep work areas organized and safe Setting up equipment, loading and unloading trailers, operating heavy equipment Conduct routine inspections of the work site to ensure safety protocols are followed and identify potential hazards Assist in the setup and operation of heavy equipment when trained Prior experience in manual labor preferred but not required Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift over 50 pounds unassisted and stand for extended periods Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from supervisors.
