Cabinet Shop Laborer (Entry Level)

The main function of this position will be cutting panels and other basic cabinet parts. This position will also be responsible for pulling any mouldings required for each job that comes through the shop. You will work with Table Saws, Miter Saws, and Palm Routers. On occasion the employee in this position may be utilized in other departments throughout the shop.

High school diploma or equivalent Honesty & Integrity Strong work ethic Detailed and schedule driven Ability to read and write in English Clean & Organized Good communication skills Ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision Fast learner with excellent attention to detail Ability to interact positively and effectively with customers, and fellow sub-contractors when necessary Drivers license and/or reliable transportation to and from work.

Experience:

1 Year of work experience in a related field preferred, but not necessary

Responsibilities:

Operation of wood working equipment and machinery Inventory management of sheet goods and raw lumber Must be a hard worker and team player Reading a tape measure Self motivation to complete tasks effectively and efficiently Maintain high quality of workmanship Review and understand full scope of each project

$13.00 - $16.00 per hour
