Laborer/Equipment Operator

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain various types of heavy equipment, including bulldozers, loaders, and backhoes.
• Perform tasks such as excavation, grading, leveling, and paving.
• Use equipment to dig trenches, lay pipe, and perform horizontal drilling.
• Ensure equipment is properly maintained and report any malfunctions or issues.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times.

Experience:

• 1-2 years of experience in heavy equipment operation preferred
• Proficient in operating bulldozers, loaders, backhoes, and other relevant equipment.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• On the job training is provided

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Physical stamina to withstand long hours of outdoor work in various weather conditions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
