Were a team of dedicated professionals committed to keeping our community moving, and were looking for a hardworking Mechanic/Laborer to join our crew immediately.

The RoleWe are looking for a versatile individual who is ready to jump into a fast-paced environment. This role is a mix of shop labor and mechanical work. Youll be responsible for assisting with fleet repairs and maintenance, ensuring our equipment is top-notch, and helping with general shop operations.

Want to make extra cash? We also offer a commission-based opportunity for on-call towing during nights and weekends. Dont worry if you haven't towed beforewe provide full in-house training!
What Were Looking ForExperience:
Previous mechanical or shop experience is preferred.
Certifications:
A State Inspection License is a huge plus, but not required.
Availability:
Standard hours are 95, MondayFriday, but you must be available for occasional required nights and weekends.
Compliance:
Due to our agency contracts, all hires must pass pre-employment and random drug/alcohol screenings, as well as background and driving record checks.
Compensation & BenefitsStarting Pay:
$20$28 per hour (depending on your experience level).
Insurance:
Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance. Buds covers 50% for both the employee and one dependent.
Future Planning:
401k plan and Paid Time Off (PTO).
Extra Earnings:
Commission-based pay for on-call towing.
