Position Overview:

We're hiring a Field Laborer who can jump in to help with yard work, small builds, handyman tasks, and power-washing. You'll work directly with our team—and sometimes with clients—so you need to be respectful, humble, and professional. You'll get to learn new skills along the way, but we expect you to show up with the basics already in your toolbelt.

What You'll Do:

Mow, edge, and clean up yards Assist with pressure washing siding, decks, driveways, etc. Help with basic handyman tasks (like hauling, moving items, light repairs) Represent TriBolt professionally when interacting with customers Communicate clearly with the team about your availability and job status

Requirements:

Age 18-30 and located in the Fredericksburg, VA area Valid driver's license and ability to drive to job sites (bonus point for having a truck or SUV for gear!) Reliable, respectful, and self-motivated Physically able to lift, move, and work outdoors in all conditions Can confirm availability within 24-36 hours of a job request Basic experience with mowing, yard work, moving, and light construction Comfortable working evenings and weekends as needed Willing to learn and work hard—no ego, just hustle Nice to Have (But Not Required): Experience with power tools or landscaping equipment Prior customer-facing work A truck and any equipment (mower, blower, hedge trimmer, etc.)

Pay & Perks:

$18
