Laborer

Assists with basic labor tasks across the plant or mine site. This role focuses on maintaining cleanliness, safety, and equipment readiness while supporting production and maintenance teams. High level of safety and quality Ability to multi-task at a fast-pace (at times), work in outside conditions during all seasons, climb multi-levels by stairs & ladders, work from elevated platforms, use hand tools (shovel, hammer, wrenches, etc.) Good problem-solving skills Mine Safety and Health (MSHA) Knowledge

• Preferred Forklift experience
• Preferred Computer Software
• Preferred Warehouse experience
• Preferred High school diploma or GED preferred.

0-1 year of experience in industrial or outdoor labor. Perform routine plant or yard cleanup (sweeping, shoveling, washing down areas). Assist with moving tools, materials, and equipment. Support basic maintenance activities under supervision. Load or unload bags, pallets, or product containers. Follow safety policies and wear required PPE at all times. Report unsafe conditions or equipment to supervisor. Additional duties as assigned
