Duties Assist skilled workers with setup, cleanup, and organization of work areas to maintain a safe and efficient workspace Support the movement and handling of materials, tools, and supplies as directed by team leads Follow safety protocols and procedures diligently during all tasks to promote a secure environment Help with basic maintenance tasks such as cleaning equipment or organizing inventory Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure timely completion of projects Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and understanding of job requirements Maintain a positive attitude, demonstrate reliability, and show eagerness to learn new skills Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods throughout the shift Strong work ethic with a proactive approach to assisting others Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions clearly Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail Basic physical fitness suitable for manual tasks involving lifting or moving objects Prior experience is not required but is a plus; enthusiasm for learning is essential Ability to work flexible hours including evenings or weekends if needed This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to develop their skills in a supportive environment.
