Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Experienced Fiberglass Laborer to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and inspecting fiberglass components with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will contribute to the production of high-quality fiberglass products used across various industries. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced tools and machinery while maintaining a focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Qualifications Must have experience with gel-coating, painting and prep work, and fiberglass repair! This is a small shop with plenty of work. Our weekly work hrs are 32 hrs per week unless the job requires longer hrs to get the project done in a timely manner. We are looking for subcontractors (1099) workers. We do not offer benefits, but we do offer a great workplace environment. Fiberglass experience a must! Thank you
