JOB DUTIES

Communication regarding daily and projected work schedules, assigned responsibilities, hazards, safety protocols, etc. Ensures safe and efficient operation/completion of assigned jobs. Safely operates equipment and utilizes materials and/or tools required for job completion. Organizes, leads, and trains employees to complete projects within established time frame and guidelines. Reads and follows blueprint, specifications, and other documents required for the job. Completes necessary paperwork and related documentation. Adheres to all Company safety policies and procedures. Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a laborer, or similar role. Familiarity with Hard Surface Restoration preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Must have a valid driver's license with a good, clean driving record. Class A CDL required. Must be willing to travel. Must be able to bend/kneel/stand/walk for long periods of time. Must be able to lift/push/pull 50+ pounds regularly.
