Job Description

Key Responsibilities Turf Maintenance:
Mow greens, tees, fairways, and roughs to precise heights. Rake sand bunkers and edge cart paths.
Landscaping:
Plant and trim trees, shrubs, and flowers. Lay sod and pull weeds manually.
Equipment Operations:
Safely operate power tools and heavy machinery (e.g., string trimmers, leaf blowers, tractors, and utility vehicles).
Qualifications Physical Requirements:
Must be able to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs), bend, squat, and stand for long periods.
Conditions:
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, including extreme heat, rain, and cold.
Schedule:
Must be available for early morning shifts (e.g., 5:00 AM or 6:00 AM start times), weekends, and holidays to prepare the course before peak play times.
Experience:
Previous landscaping, groundskeeping, or golf course experience is a plus.
