Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Building Floor Assistant to support our building operations. This role is critical in maintaining clean and organized workspaces throughout the construction process and assisting with basic building tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Primary Responsibilities:
Clean up in and around buildings during various stages of the building development. Ensure company premises are free of debris, trash, and miscellaneous items that may spread across the campus. Assist in the final cleaning of buildings prior to shipment to the end customer. Support basic and entry-level building tasks, including moving, organizing, and staging materials. Operate basic hand tools and equipment as needed. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.Qualifications:
Preferred candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent experience. Previous experience in general labor, construction, or related field is a plus. Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) Strong attention to detail and a demonstrated dedication to cleanliness and safety. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to work in various weather conditions and environments.Work Environment:
Indoor and outdoor work settings. Exposure to dust, noise, and varying temperatures. Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) required.WE HAVE:
