The Fulfillment Specialist supports the compliant fulfillment and distribution of Canamo's manufactured and cultivated products throughout Alaska. This role is responsible for inventory administration, order fulfillment, compliance documentation, METRC inventory management, and wholesale logistics. Working closely with the Distribution Manager, the Fulfillment Specialist ensures products are accurately tracked, prepared, and distributed while maintaining compliance with state regulations and company standards. Key Responsibilities Assist with wholesale order fulfillment, including product selection, inventory allocation, labeling, and shipment preparation. Maintain accurate inventory records through METRC and internal tracking systems. Prepare and organize compliance documentation, including invoices, certificates of analysis, transport manifests, and customer paperwork. Support distribution logistics by coordinating order details, transportation requirements, and delivery schedules. Ensure inventory movements, transfers, and product intake are completed accurately and in accordance with Alaska cannabis regulations. Utilize inventory management tools, spreadsheets, and internal systems to track product availability and support order accuracy. Communicate order priorities and fulfillment needs with the Distribution Manager and other departments. Assist with inventory audits, reconciliations, and compliance reviews as needed. Support packaging and production activities during periods of lower fulfillment demand. Perform other inventory, compliance, and distribution-related duties as assigned. Desired Qualifications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Experience with inventory management, logistics, or compliance administration preferred. Ability to learn and navigate METRC and other inventory tracking systems. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other business software. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Cannabis industry experience preferred but not required. Must Possess (or be willing to obtain): Alaska Marijuana Handler Permit & Municipality of Anchorage Food Handler Permit.
Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
