Job Description
Position Summary The Logistics Supply Chain Specialist is responsible for the synchronized flow of materials and finished goods in a high volume, AI driven manufacturing environment. You will bridge the gap between production scheduling and customer delivery, ensuring that JST electronic connectors move through the supply chain with 100 percent accuracy and compliance with automotive industry standards. Key Responsibilities Production and Material Flow Production and Material Flow Coordinate with the automated injection molding and stamping departments to ensure raw materials are staged and finished goods are cleared from the floor to prevent bottlenecks. Inventory Integrity Utilize the facility AI driven inventory systems to conduct audits and maintain high accuracy levels in the 540,000 square foot warehouse. Customer Logistics and Freight Customer Logistics Automotive and Appliance Manage the specific portals and labeling requirements for major OEMs Original Equipment Manufacturers. You are the primary point of contact for their Just In Time JIT shipping windows. Freight and Carrier Management Book and track inbound and outbound shipments across various modes such as TL, LTL, and Ocean Freight for international materials. Compliance Documentation Prepare and verify all shipping documentation including Packing Slips, Bills of Lading, and Customs paperwork for USMCA compliance.
