Job Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for teaching undergraduate and graduate courses, supervising student projects, research, and professional service in an academic setting in the field of Business - specifically Logistics and Supply Chain Management. Must engage and maintain an active research program leading to peer reviewed publications, mentor students, and provide service to the department, college, university, and academic community. Evaluate and grade student's class work, assignments, and papers. Prepare course materials, such as syllabi, homework assignments, and handouts.
Travel:
Domestic travel to attend conferences and conduct research, up to three times per year, for up to three nights per trip. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Skills Considered Essential for Success Required Education and/or Experience The position requires a PHD (or Completion of Doctoral Dissertation while waiting on issuance of degree) in Business Administration with concentration in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related concentration or degree.
