Job Summary Transport Support Specialist are responsible for finding the trucking companies that will physically move our freight. They build and develop carrier relationships and negotiate competitive carrier rates while maintaining company revenue and margin goals. Transport Support Specialist also ensure that freight is picked up, transported and delivered on time to meet and/or exceed our client's expectations. You will also oversee meetings with existing carriers as a customer service representative to ensure that we are communicating with them and maintaining strong working relationships.
