We are seeking an energetic and highly motivated individual to fill a key position on our Operations team. As a Production Planner at our American Canyon, CA location. As the Production Planner, you are responsible for ensuring the flow of all Direct to Consumer orders, wave planning, coordinating replenishment tasks and order resolution. This role will be working closely with other department leaders to manage daily functions and projects efficiently and accurately. Planning, forecasting, and organization skills will be a critical part to our success. What you'll be doing: Process and wave plan all consumer orders Forecasting volume allocation and labor planning Monitor, research and resolve problem orders Coordinate inventory replenishments needed to fill orders Coordinate and manage projects Communicate with multiple departments to ensure daily functions and projects are efficiently completed Other duties as assigned Who you are: Candidates must possess highly developed sense of empathy, with a focus on ensuring the best experience for our partners, clients, and the end-consumer.
