Fleet Coordinator Salary:

Fleet Coordinator:
- Issue purchase orders and process vendor invoices
- Enter and verify invoices in Laserfiche and QuickBooks
- Coordinate invoice approvals and communicate with corporate accounting
- Manage DMV registrations and vehicle renewal documentation
- Maintain fleet records and ensure DOT compliance requirements are met
- Coordinate vehicle and equipment repairs and preventative maintenance schedules Qualifications for the
Fleet Coordinator:
- 2+ years of experience in fleet, equipment, maintenance, operations, purchasing, or administrative support
- Experience with vehicle registrations, fleet records, or DOT compliance preferred
- Experience processing invoices, purchase orders, or accounting-related documentation
- QuickBooks experience preferred
- Agricultural, transportation, construction, or equipment industry experience is a plus
- Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation #
