CareDx offers products, testing services, and digital healthcare solutions along the pre- and post-transplant patient journey, and is the leading provider of genomics-based information for transplant patients. The Supply Chain Associate I supports the day-to-day execution of logistics and supply chain operations. This role is responsible for performing key operational tasks including purchase order processing, inventory record maintenance, and domestic and international shipment execution to ensure uninterrupted operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, regulated environment. This position provides cross-functional exposure across procurement, inventory management, and global logistics while supporting the broader supply chain team.
Responsibilities:
Track shipments and proactively escalate delivery delays, transit issues, or customs clearance problems. Maintain accurate shipment records and documentation. Assist with maintaining accurate inventory records in NetSuite. Support cycle counts and inventory reconciliation with warehouse teams. Monitor stock levels and flag potential shortages. Create and process purchase orders. Track order confirmations, lead times, and delivery schedules. Help maintain supplier documentation and purchasing records. Assist with tracking key metrics including inventory accuracy and shipment performance. Support continuous improvements to supply chain processes.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree is required
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, operations, or CLIA laboratory. Experience working with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred). Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Proven problem-solving and operational decision-making abilities Experience in Biotechnology, or Biopharma environment, preferred Ability to operate in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment
