Our client, a growing food trading company, is seeking a Logistics & Documentation Coordinator to support daily administrative and logistics operations. This is a newly created permanent position designed to help distribute workload across the team as business volume continues to increase. The ideal candidate will bring strong administrative experience and an interest in logistics, documentation, and cross-functional coordination.
Required Qualifications:
3-5 years of administrative or office coordination experience Basic understanding of logistics, shipping, or documentation processes preferred Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Language skills in Japanese and/or Chinese are preferred but not required Ability to work in an office setting on a regular basis
