Job Description

Pay rate: ~$25.72/hr~ (DOE)
Working Location:
Cerritos, CA
Work Hours:
8:30am ~ 5:30pm Job DescriptionCoordinate daily inbound and outbound logistics operations to ensure timely delivery.
Schedule and track transportation activities with carriers, warehouses, and customers.
Monitor active shipment statuses and proactively resolve transit or delivery issues.
Prepare and review shipping documentation, billing records, and daily operational reports.
Maintain accurate inventory records in coordination with warehouse staff.
Investigate shipment discrepancies and execute corrective actions.
Support peer logistics coordinators and work collaboratively to maintain operational efficiency.
Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to streamline daily workflows.
Follow and help update logistics SOPs and operational guidelines.
Track KPIs and suggest ideas for process optimization and cost efficiency.
Ensure customer requirements and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are consistently met.
QualificationsQualifications3+ years of logistics, transportation, or warehouse operations experience.1+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of transportation, warehouse, and inventory management.
Experience with WMS, TMS, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred SkillsKnowledge of domestic trucking and freight operations.
Experience managing customer accounts and carrier relationships.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
