Job Description

Position Summary The Corporate Logistics Clerk provides administrative and operational support within the logistics function, ensuring accurate reconciliation of shipments and invoices. This role plays a key part in maintaining efficient supply chain operations by supporting transportation processes. Utility Trailer Manufacturing Company, LLC., a family-owned 110-year-old company, is the long-term industry leader in refrigerated semi-trailers and North America's fourth largest semi-trailer manufacturer. UTMC is headquartered in City of Industry, California. This is an on-site position.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Data entry for shipments and invoices
  • Perform shipment (BOL) reconciliation against scheduled loads to ensure accuracy and completeness of shipped freight.
  • Perform freight invoice reconciliation by verifying invoice charges to load contracted rates.
  • Maintain and update various files / reports
  • Assist Logistics Coordinators as needed

  • Excellent attention to detail and record keeping skills
  • Must work well with others in a group setting and can work in a highly time sensitive environment.
  • Excellent Computer Skills and must be knowledgeable in Microsoft office with an emphasis on outlook and excel.

Compensation Salary Range:
