Position Overview:
We are currently hiring a full-time Material Handling Logistics Coordinator to join our service team. This role is key to ensuring our field technicians are efficiently scheduled, service calls are executed smoothly, and customer expectations are met with professionalism and urgency. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
Schedule and dispatch service technicians to customer locations for equipment repair and maintenance Monitor technician workload and adjust schedules to ensure quick response times and maximum efficiency Enter service calls into the system with complete and accurate information Serve as the communication link between customers, technicians, and internal departments Follow up on open calls and ensure timely resolution of work orders Track technician progress and provide updates to customers as needed Maintain clear and professional phone and email communication at all times Provide exceptional customer service with every interaction Assist with administrative duties related to service operations
What We're Looking For:
