We are seeking an Assistant Ammunition Manager to support the LOGSU-1 Weapons Department. This critical role ensures the seamless tracking, safety, and logistical flow of ammunition and explosives.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the day-to-day management of ammunition inventory, issue, and receipt. Maintain 100% accountability of all ordnance using defense tracking systems. Ensure strict adherence to military safety standards and explosive handling guidelines. Support routine audits, cycle counts, and compliance inspections.
Mandatory Qualifications:
Extensive experience in military logistics, specifically dealing with arms, ammunition, and explosives (AA&E). High attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal oversight. Familiarity with Department of Defense (DoD) ordnance tracking software. Must hold a valid state driver's license and an active SECRET security clearance.
