Fountain Valley, CA Salary Range:

$90k•100k We are seeking a hands-on Production Planning Lead to drive scheduling, optimize operations, and ensure On-Time Delivery (OTD) in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead production scheduling balancing material availability, capacity, and customer demand Drive key metrics: OTD, schedule adherence, inventory optimization, and lead-time reduction Collaborate cross-functionally with Procurement, Operations, Quality, and Warehouse teams Identify and resolve material, labor, and capacity constraints to avoid disruptions Ensure ERP/MRP accuracy (planning parameters, lead times, lot sizes, safety stock) Run schedule review meetings and communicate risks, recovery plans, and priorities Lead continuous improvement in planning processes and ERP/MRP systems Mentor planners and support team development

Qualifications:
