Pay:
$22-$25/hr. Overview We are seeking a detail‑oriented Customs Analyst to support the team during a leave of absence. This temporary role is ideal for someone with strong data entry skills, basic-intermediate Excel knowledge, and experience within customs, logistics, transportation, or invoice processing. The primary focus of this position is assisting with documentation preparation, organizing files, and supporting retroactive customs refund claims. Responsibilities Prepare and organize all required documentation for upload into the U.S. Customs ACE portal. Work with international counterparts to obtain Certificates of Origin. Retrieve and manage required customs documents, including: 7501 (Broker KN) Customs Entry Commercial Invoices Save and label documents according to established SOP naming conventions. Group and prepare documentation packets for claim filing. Enter and prepare retroactive claim data using Excel templates. Manipulate Customs Entry data to identify parts eligible for retroactive claims. Support the Customs Specialist in finalizing data for ACE portal uploads. Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in data entry, logistics support, or similar Basic to intermediate Excel skills (data entry, filtering, organizing datasets). Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
