Our client, a global logistics and freight forwarding company, is looking for an Air Export Operations Agent to join their team in Inglewood, CA . In this role, you will coordinate air export shipments, process export documentation, and communicate with customers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely shipment operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle air export operations including shipment documentation, AWB processing, email follow-up, invoicing, and accurate filing Ensure timely and accurate processing of export shipments while maintaining organized shipment records Communicate with customers, carriers, and internal teams to support smooth shipment operations Resolve documentation or processing issues promptly and professionally Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized shipment files Meet deadlines and manage multiple shipments simultaneously

Requirements:

6 months of experience in air export operations or freight forwarding preferred Knowledge of export documentation and AWB processing Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office particularly
