Job Description

Logistics Coordinator needed for an electronics manufacturer/distributor located in in the Irvine Spectrum area. This is a Temporary position to cover for leave of absence, Starts ASAP with an estimated end date of May 31, 2026, however, could extend. Pay $25-27/hr depending on experience. Hours are 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, M-F, 1/2 hour unpaid lunch. Business casual - no jeans.
Duties:
Individual will be responsible for order entry and sending orders through to the warehouse, booking freight and overseeing that orders were collected and delivered to the client on time. Track orders, status order process Use of NetSuite and SalesForce Skills /
Experience Required:
Min 2 years experience in Logistics or Distribution Experienced using NetSuite and/or SalesForce is highly preferred, but will consider candidates with other CRM experience Ability to learn quickly and adapt to their system and processes Strong Data Entry is required. Strong attention to detail is very important. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Pay:
$25.00 - $27.00 per hour
