Job Description

Supply Chain Coordinator Part-Time for manufacturing company location in Irvine CA This position will be covering for a leave of absence for approximately 3 months, but could go longer. Scheduled to start in mid-October 2026, but could start a little earlier in October. Interview prior to start. Pay is $26/hr working 30 hours a week. Hours can be flexible to work (as long as it is a consistent schedule) working 6 hours between 8 am - 3;30 pm. Monday-Friday. Dress is business casual - no jeans.
Essential Duties:
This position is responsible for processing and managing orders and other logistics documents, including data entry of order details, pricing assessment, scheduling through various third party logistics (3PL) partners, and delivery confirmations.
Main Duties:
Customer PO data entry into ERP Confirm accuracy of item, quantity, and amount in each PO Issue shipment order for each customer PO entered to 3PL warehouses for scheduling Follow up with 3PL for order accuracy and shipment schedule Maintain communication with customer to inform order progress Confirm mode of transportation for each order Appoint carrier for each outbound shipment order Confirm shipped and delivered status with 3PL carrier Inventory related data entry for review Spreadsheet maintenance of inventory details Performs special projects and other miscellaneous duties assigned by Management Maintains high ethical standards in the workplace Required skills: Min 1 year experience in Logistics and/or Supply Chain BA in business or equivalent is preferred Computer Literate (MS Office) Working knowledge/experience of data processing in logistics Working knowledge/experience of an ERP system is preferred May be required to lift and/or move items less than 30 pounds occasionally. Good written and verbal communication skills Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $26.00 - $26.00 Per Hour
