Logistics Operations Coordinator (White Glove Focus) Organized, Detail-Driven, High Ownership

What You'll Do Coordinate and manage shipments across FTL, LTL, and white glove services Ensure high-quality execution for deliveries that require care, precision, and professionalism Stay ahead of shipments with proactive tracking and communication Handle issues calmly and efficiently, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks Work cross-functionally with sales, customers, and operations teams Maintain clean, accurate records and organized workflows Create a smooth, reliable experience for customers from pickup to delivery Who You Are Highly organized and naturally detail-oriented You take ownership of your work and follow through consistently Calm, composed, and solutions-focused—even when things get busy A clear and thoughtful communicator You prefer structure over chaos and professionalism over noise You take pride in being dependable, consistent, and thorough You contribute positively to a team environment built on respect and accountability Experience 2+ years in logistics, dispatch, brokerage, or operations Experience with white glove or high-touch delivery is a strong plus Familiarity with TMS systems and shipment coordination Experience managing complex or multi-stop shipments is helpful but not required Why This Role is Different This is not a commission-driven brokerage role.
