Full-Time Logistics Associate (Pick & Pack Specialist)

We're growing quickly and are looking for a dedicated Logistics Associate to join our team and ensure that every order is packed with care and shipped on time. Key Responsibilities Order Fulfillment:
Accurately pick and pack orders for Amazon, e-commerce, distributors, and retail partners.
Inventory Management:
Monitor stock levels, conduct inventory counts, and notify management of low stock or discrepancies.
Shipping Preparation:
Prepare shipments for delivery, including labeling, packaging, and ensuring compliance with carrier guidelines.
Quality Control:
Inspect products before packing to ensure they meet quality standards.
Warehouse Organization:
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
Collaboration:
Work with the operations team to meet daily shipping goals and improve processes. Qualifications Previous experience in logistics, warehouse, or e-commerce fulfillment is a plus but not required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Physical ability to lift and move packages up to 25lbs, Familiarity with shipping software (e.g., ShipStation, Amazon Seller Central) is a bonus. Reliable and punctual, with a team-oriented mindset.
