DENTAL SCHEDULER
(Monterey Park) Employment type: full-time experience level: mid level Job title: Dental Scheduler Our established busy private dental practice is seeking an exceptional Dental Scheduler to join our team. We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who understands the importance of maintaining a productive schedule while providing outstanding patient care and service.

Is detail-oriented and highly organized Is motivated to maintain a productive schedule and help achieve daily production goals Takes initiative and ownership of the schedule Communicates confidently, professionally, and compassionately with patients Demonstrates empathy and genuine care for patients' needs Thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism Values teamwork, accountability, and excellent customer service
Responsibilities Include:
Managing and optimizing the daily schedule to support practice productivity Confirming appointments and minimizing schedule gaps, cancellations, and no-shows Building strong relationships with patients through exceptional communication and service Maintaining accurate scheduling and patient information Creating a welcoming and professional first impression for every patient •Bilingual Spanish preferred •Some dental background knowledge and terminology Qualifications Support dental team in creating a great patient experience Dental front office experience preferred (but willing to train the right person) Knowledge of dental terminology & insurance is a PLUS Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Chinese) is a PLUS Computer-savvy - comfortable with scheduling Eaglesoft software Email with most current resume and contact number and best time to reach you.
