Job Summary Generates, processes and tracks purchase orders to order materials, tracks the arrival of materials on time, ensuring availability for production plans to meet customer expectations, maintains contact with suppliers and maintains updated descriptions of materials and prices. Manages and updates the document process of purchasing processes. Job Description
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Quotation Process. Quote Indirect materials and/or requote materials of continuous use. Update and maintenance of the documentary process. Send evaluations to suppliers. Participates in the supplier evaluation process. Updates and maintains records of supplier certifications. Requires Certifications and Material Data Sheets to the respective corporate departments in internal or external customer requirements (RoHS, REACH, etc). Keeps files up to date. Import Require the Trade & Compliance department to import materials according to the needs of the plant (requested by the buyer or other users). KPI Generates/maintains supplier service metrics and promotes continuous improvement. Administrative Support Provides administrative support related to the generation of requests to users. Other functions Embarks on some other function similar or related to their responsibilities and experience as the department or company requires.

Experience:
1 years in similar desirable position
Language:
Spanish, English desirable
Requirements:
Supply Chain, IMMEX Program, billing, Planning and Purchasing Procedure, Quality Policy and objectives.
