Moreno Valley, CA Expected Schedule We are currently hiring for multiple shifts at a logistics facility in Moreno Valley. Schedules are expected to average approximately 36 hours per week , typically across 4 shifts per week . Final days and schedules will be assigned based on operational needs.

Expected shift times may include:

Morning Shift:

Approximately 6:00 AM

•2:00

PM Swing Shift:

Approximately 2:00 PM

•10:00

PM Overnight Shift:

Approximately 10:00 PM

•6:00 AM Actual schedules and assigned shifts may vary based on site needs. About the Position Superior Protection Services is seeking dependable and professional Unarmed Security Officers to provide security services at a busy logistics facility in Moreno Valley. This is an active security position primarily focused on foot patrols, access control, monitoring entrances, and maintaining a strong and highly visible security presence throughout the property . Officers may also assist with truck gate operations when needed, including checking in and logging incoming and outgoing trucks and assisting drivers. This is not a static booth-only position . Officers should be comfortable staying active throughout their shift, conducting regular patrols, and monitoring multiple areas of the facility. Key Responsibilities Conduct regular foot patrols throughout the facility and surrounding property Maintain a professional and highly visible security presence Monitor and secure entrances, gates, and access points Provide access control for employees, visitors, vendors, and authorized personnel Verify authorized access to the facility Assist with truck gate operations when assigned Check in and log incoming and outgoing trucks Monitor activity throughout the property and report suspicious or unusual behavior Respond appropriately to security concerns, incidents, alarms, and emergencies Identify and report safety hazards, maintenance concerns, or security issues Maintain accurate daily activity reports, logs, and incident documentation Communicate professionally with employees, drivers, visitors, and management Assist fellow security officers and site personnel as needed Requirements Valid California Guard Card (Required) Comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to conduct regular foot patrols throughout a large facility Strong observation and situational awareness skills Professional communication and customer service skills Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations Reliable, punctual, and dependable Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Basic computer and reporting skills Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in the following areas is preferred but not required: Security Foot patrol Access control Gate operations Logistics facilities Warehouses Shipping and receiving Truck check-in/check-out Customer service Digital reporting systems Why Join Superior Protection Services? $20.00 per hour Approximately 36 hours per week Typically 4 shifts per week Multiple shifts available Active security work with regular patrol responsibilities Opportunity to gain experience in logistics and facility security Opportunity for growth within the company Now Hiring
