IO. As the team scales its portfolio, we are looking for someone who can turn our day-to-day business of running a learning organization — dashboard/metrics reporting, vendor relationships, budgets, planning rhythms, and readiness for change — into operational excellence, while also delivering on programs that vary from driving Technical talks, Onboarding and all things AI for technical development. This role is the operational backbone of Tech Learning. You'll own key vendor relationships, support the broader vendor and contractor ecosystem, build and maintain the team's planning and reporting cadence, and lead the operational readiness work that keeps programs launching smoothly and scaling without friction. You'll partner closely with the team and broader Tech Learning leadership to make sure strategy translates into disciplined, repeatable execution. Responsibilities Vendor & Budget Management Own the O'Reilly vendor relationship and support our Udemy partnership to ensure platform utilization. Support management of the broader learning vendor and contractor ecosystem including end-to-end ownership of contract renewals, usage/utilization tracking, escalations, and performance reviews. Track and report on vendor spend and accruals; partner with Finance on budget planning, forecasting, and in-year adjustments. Continuously evaluate vendor ROI and utilization to inform renew/reduce/expand decisions. Operating Rhythm & Planning Design and run Tech Learning's operating cadence: leadership reviews, planning cycles, biweekly updates, and reporting rituals Own and maintain the team's Jira/planning infrastructure (initiatives, epics, workstreams) so leadership always has an accurate view of program status Build and maintain dashboards and reporting that translate raw training data (completions, NPS, adoption) into clear, decision-ready insights for leadership Establish durable, scalable planning frameworks — not just maintaining the rhythm, but building infrastructure the team can rely on as it grows Program Support Collaborate closely with Onboarding Program Manager to support Dev@Intuit, and key onboarding programs and activities. Collaborate with Program Manager of AI learning to support the deployment of learning experiences. Partner across the team to develop curriculum and learning bites to support various learning initiatives. Program & Change Readiness Lead readiness workstreams for new program launches and major changes (new vendor onboarding, platform migrations, tool rollouts) to ensure smooth, low-friction execution. Partner with program managers and coordinators to identify risk, drive mitigation, and ensure "definition of done" standards are met before go-live. Act as connective tissue across Tech Learning, Finance, and cross-functional partners — surfacing issues before they become blockers and bringing data-backed recommendations to the table. Qualifications Required 5+ years of experience in program management, vendor/procurement management, or a related field Proficiency in using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor) in day-to-day workflows for analysis, reporting, and drafting Strong organizational skills with a track record of building and running operating rhythms (planning cycles, reporting cadences, leadership reviews). Experience managing vendor relationships and budgets, including contract renewals, spend tracking, and ROI analysis. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to translate operational data into clear recommendations for leadership. Proficiency with Google Suite and program tracking tools (e.g., Jira, or similar). Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and stakeholders in a fast-moving, matrixed environment. Preferred Experience supporting a learning & development, enablement, or Developer Relations organization. Familiarity with LXP/LMS platforms (Docebo, Degreed) and training vendor ecosystems. Experience building dashboards or reporting pipelines from raw operational data. Footer Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach.
