Program Planning Coordinator Location:
Murrieta, CA Pay:
$21/hr.

Key Duties:
Minimize waste by ensuring proper FIFO rotation through product allocation. Identify product age risks and concerns on low-demand SKUs. Work with our Supply Chain team in positioning inventory across our distribution centers based on customer demands for a 0-7 day window. Communicate product shortages and collaborate with the supply chain to identify alternative solutions. Assist in planning, prioritizing, and communicating production plans to our warehouse teams/production leaders. Provide direction to our warehouse teams on order picking and processing to ensure smooth order fulfillment. Teams include Shipping/Just Ripe/Quality Control/ Production teams. Coordinate order pick up and deliveries with carriers and our Logistics team based on product readiness/availability. Work with our Quality Control teams to address any issues or concerns with product specifications prior to order shipment. Communicate product availability to our Sales team. Work with our ripening department to address ripening concerns. Work with our warehouse teams to resolve any inventory discrepancies. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as in financial modeling tools.
