Job Description

The Role As a Senior Sales Representative, you aren't just "selling"—you're an advocate. You will field warm, inbound calls from individuals burdened by IRS or State tax debt, qualify their financial situation, and guide them toward the best resolution program for their future.
What You'll Do Consult & Close:
Listen to client challenges, build rapport, and architect a customized plan of action.
Pipeline Management:
Move prospects through the onboarding process with high efficiency and accountability. Master the

Compensation:
$85k - $121k per year (Base + Monthly Bonuses). Reps hitting achievable targets earn an average of $94k/year , with top performers well exceeding the stated range.
