In this role, you will be instrumental in optimizing inventory management, enhancing logistics processes, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Your expertise will help streamline supply chain planning, improve demand forecasting accuracy, and leverage data analytics to support strategic decision-making. Duties Develop and execute supply chain strategies that optimize inventory levels, reduce costs, and improve service delivery using tools like SAP ERP, Oracle EBS, and SAP systems. Analyze supply chain data utilizing business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and SQL to identify trends, forecast demand, and support inventory demand forecasting. Lead process improvement projects employing Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Lean manufacturing principles to enhance operational efficiency. Manage logistics inventory control and logistics planning activities to ensure timely delivery and optimal stock levels across multiple locations. Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and sales teams to align supply chain activities with business objectives. Conduct root cause analysis on supply chain disruptions or inefficiencies and implement corrective actions through continuous improvement methodologies. Negotiate directly with suppliers and vendors to optimize procurement processes while maintaining strong supplier relationships. Qualifications Proven experience in supply chain management or logistics roles with a strong understanding of supply chain analytics and planning tools at least 3 years. Experience in the food sector a plus. Proficiency in data visualization software such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms for data analysis and reporting. Hands-on experience with ERP systems including SAP ERP, Oracle EBS, or similar enterprise resource planning platforms. Strong knowledge of inventory management techniques, demand forecasting analysis, MRP (Material Requirements Planning), and inventory control practices. Familiarity with process improvement methodologies like Six Sigma, Kaizen, Lean management, and root cause analysis. Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively. Data analysis skills using SQL, Microsoft Excel advanced functions, and business intelligence tools for quantitative analysis.
