full-time About the Role Team 360 Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Logistics Admin Clerk for one of our clients in South San Francisco, CA. This position is responsible for supporting warehouse and distribution operations by coordinating shipping and receiving activities, processing orders, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with delivery logistics. The ideal candidate has strong administrative and computer skills, excellent communication abilities, and previous experience in logistics or transportation is a plus.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, typically 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, with flexibility to start as early as 7:00 AM.

• Paid Time Off Key Responsibilities Prepare and process daily sales orders, packing slips, bills of lading (BOLs), receiving documents, and other shipping paperwork. Assist with daily delivery scheduling and route coordination. Communicate with drivers throughout the day to provide support and resolve delivery or order issues. Maintain accurate records in the ERP system, including inventory updates, returns, credits, and proof of delivery (POD) documentation. Coordinate with the sales team, customer service representatives, warehouse staff, and freight carriers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and estimated arrival times. Perform general administrative and clerical duties to support logistics and warehouse operations. Qualifications Previous administrative or office experience required. Logistics, transportation, warehouse, or distribution experience is preferred. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and experience with ERP systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
