Maintain the Logistics Billing department's accounting

Key Responsibilities:

Interline Payables Processing Accounts Receivable Processing Accounts Payable Processing Billing charges verification Maintain and track documents related to assigned loads to carriers and their agreed rates and fees to the customers. Complete the 3-way matching verification for payment process of invoices Review invoices and check requests Sort and match invoices and check requests Set invoices up for approval and payment Reconciliation of payments Resolve invoice discrepancies Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries Consults with:

Accounting Manager Accounting Analyst Dispatch Manager Dispatch Supervisor Dispatch Clerks Qualifications:

Requires 1-2 years of work experience Requires 6 months experience with Truck Mate Software Good organizational skills Strong sense of teamwork Able to adhere to strict deadlines Requires 6 months experience with Truck Mate Software Good organizational skills Strong sense of teamwork Able to adhere to strict deadlines

Computer Skills:

Strong computer skills required; excellent with Excel and all

Microsoft Office Automation Reasoning Ability:
