In this role, you will manage the movement of goods and materials, coordinate transportation, and ensure efficient supply chain operations. This is a critical position requiring strong analytical skills, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. 【Key Responsibilities】

Supply Chain Coordination:

Monitor and manage the end-to-end movement of goods and materials to ensure operational flow.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, and customers to ensure timely product delivery and resolve shipping discrepancies.

Transportation Management:

Handle both domestic shipments and ocean container logistics, including scheduling and documentation.

Data & Documentation:

Maintain accurate logistics records and reports using Google Sheets and MS Word .

Route & Cost Optimization:

Assist in developing logistics strategies to optimize transportation routes and minimize operational costs.

Warehouse & Inventory:

Oversee warehouse operations, including inventory monitoring and order fulfillment tracking.

Root Cause Analysis:

Identify and address bottlenecks or delays in the supply chain process to prevent future issues.

Compliance:

Ensure all logistics activities comply with relevant industry regulations and standards. 【Requirements】

Education:

Bachelor's degree (required).

Software Proficiency:

Must be proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) for data management and reporting.

Communication:

Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.

Time Management:

Ability to prioritize tasks, meet strict deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Industry Knowledge:

Preferred experience in category management, demand planning, production planning, or warehouse operations.

Languages:
