Operate heavy equipment including Standup Reach, Cherry Picker, Sitdown forklifts, and electric pallet jacks to maneuver inventory safely. Verify shipment accuracy by conducting thorough quality inspections of all outgoing and incoming freight. Maintain organized inventory records through the use of warehouse management and shipping software. Coordinate effectively with logistics partners and carriers to streamline the dispatch process. Proactively identify and resolve shipping discrepancies to minimize operational delays. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting workflow enhancements to increase facility throughput. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 1 year of recent, hands-on experience operating Standup Reach, Cherry Picker, Sitdown forklifts, and electric pallet jacks. Demonstrated ability to maintain high levels of accuracy in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Proficiency with basic computer applications and digital shipping systems. Physical capability to perform manual handling tasks and remain active throughout the shift.
