Logistics Coordinator

This is a high-visibility role supporting day-to-day logistics and supply chain operations for an international brand that blends 200+ years of heritage with aggressive U.S. expansion . What You'll Do Process purchase orders, invoices, and customer orders Coordinate domestic and international shipments Manage inventory documentation and logistics tracking Handle export paperwork and customs-related documentation Communicate with vendors, 3PL providers, and shipping carriers Partner cross-functionally with sales, accounting, and customer service What You Bring 1-3+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse, transportation, or supply chain Experience with purchase orders, shipments, or order processing Familiarity with 3PLs, distribution, or shipping carriers Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word) High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Bachelor's degree preferred Bonus points for: QuickBooks or accounting exposure
